Christmas Eve at the North Pole, where the toy factory is busier than ever. The penguins are working round the clock. Disguised as a penguin, the cockroaches kidnap Santa Claus!

North-Pole Panic is the 53rd episode of Season 4 and is a double episode.

Plot[]

The Penguin inside the Cockroaches, go to present factory. After enter Factory, Penguin down stairs and seen Penguin making present and Christmas Elf see Penguin then look in the list then Penguin making and Christmas Elf entry with fingerprints and go to Santa Claus before closed then Penguin blocked door, Christmas Elf meet Santa Claus get order, Penguin push the door up and go to Santa Claus and Penguin group look Cockroaches sneak slient and Penguin group continues access. After Christmas Elf out, Peguin entry Santa Claus's office sneaking and take off clothes Penguin, Joey using Hammer taunting Santa Claus and hit him fainted, 3 cockroaches drag him into the gift box and get Forklift bring gift and get out Factory. In Oggy's house, Olivia keep Oggy, Jack place Star onto Christmas Tree then again ring bell door Olivia out then Oggy, Jack bend the pine tree. Oggy landing floor and Jack bounce and hit Christmas Elf before Olivia open door. In living room, Olivia pouring tea for Christmas Elf, say Oggy give Fridge after Santa Claus kidnapped and Cockroaches Fridge and Santa Claus released, Oggy scared Cockroaches say give Fridge from Santa Claus kidnapped and use ladder seen found picture 3 Cockroaches wearing Santa Claus. In Kitchen, Oggy introduction Fridge and open Fridge contains a lot of food then Elf close Fridge bring Cockroaches hideout soon Jack prevent Elf bring Fridge and open the fridge bang on Jack, Oggy angry Elf don't bring Fridge then Elf using finger Oggy slam down, Olivia found scared please stop, Elf how many time till 15:22, Elf unbearable and bring Fridge, Oggy compete with each other get Fridge finished and fell in Jack continues dispute then Olivia stopped and plan Jack wearing Santa Claus and Elf giving gift. Oggy, Olivia find Cockroaches and rescue Santa Claus. Oggy idea planned, after Elf release Reindeer then Oggy ride but fall, Olivia found switch Reindeer like in plane. Olivia seat first and Oggy seat behind, warning required Seatbelt, Olivia had to put his seatbelt and Oggy sitting without seatbelt, Olivia drving then Oggy scream. Jack smile Oggy lost control, Elf call Penguin bring present drop into Jack and drving. Then Oggy, Olivia going to Polar Continental and Pilot puts an oxygen mask before go to North Pole.

To Sleigh, Elf see Jack hideing because Jack fear of heights and hide, Elf give Jack bag for blowing avoid fear of heights, after going house Elf tell Jack deliver present when the chimney doesn't fit need Elf put down but not, should be use toilet brush put down Jack into chimney and bring presents was going up when suddenly dog named Pit to close attack Jack and up the chimney.

To Reindeer riding Oggy, Olivia reached the North Pole and landed factory entry inside see Seals look Oggy, Olivia and look Penguin making toys when Olivia, Seals smile. In Research access, Oggy touch electric Earth go on and come back touch shock. Seal open fence Santa Claus's office and Olivia found clue forklift tracks and found Santa Claus's hats but Oggy saw order 3 flyswatter corresponding to cockroaches it's for Oggy when the eye falls into dice and fainted.

To second house, Elf tells Jack deliver present but Jack know so decided to throw the gift down the chimney after Jack fall down chimney into fire then launch fall down ground but Jack delivered.

To Oggy, Olivia going to cockroaches hideout, Oggy goes first then fell into the cold lake, Olivia runs quick grab Oggy freezing and kiss Oggy smelting but Oggy resurface and covers cold lake when Olivia saw Polar bear roar and chase Oggy then she laughs.

To third house, Jack delivered gifts but got trapped by police kid see intruder, welcome santa but she has a beard Jack and cry hysterically want arrest Jack tied chair.

To Oggy, Olivia coming to cockroaches hideout then Olivia stopped and look smoke going to hideout slip down then Joey hearding thrash from window but hidden. Olivia seen Santa foot chains light string when Joey patrol, Olivia think plan rescue Santa in to hideout. Oggy got in the chimney but couldn't get out and smash fireplace before Oggy use Flail want beat cockroches and slip and fall of the log then 3 cockroaches rush to fight Oggy. Olivia can't open door should be picklock to get in sneak rescue Santa Claus and thank you when seen 3 cockroaches rush to fight Oggy and use foot to be motionless Oggy and three cockroaches. Olivia remove three cockroaches in Oggy into net and Santa Claus solution isn't motionless Oggy. Santa look watch what time 23:56 but Olivia give Santa hat and teleport to the reindeer cart when I see Elf sleeping, but elf happily sees Santa and hug but Jack wait too long should be Santa release Jack and go to home, Santa farewell and kiss hand Olivia, Elf wants to kiss Jack, but Jack doesn't want and run when Santa, Oggy and Olivia smile and cockroaches too.

In open present, Olivia gets green bow, Jack gets underwear when Oggy, Olivia smile and Oggy gets triple flyswatter then cockroaches scared and run before Oggy swats. Hitting Dee Dee, Marky but missed Joey. Oggy continues swatting three cockroaches and the end with swatter.
