Due to a misunderstanding, a witch transforms Oggy, Jack and Bob into children. Will Olivia and the cockroaches be able to handle these hyperactive miscreants and undo the spell?

Plot[]

A witch is watching TV up on her broom. In seconds, the wind blows her hat away.

Oggy, Jack and Bob are playing Bocce, in which Oggy misses a shot. Bob and Jack laugh. The cockroaches are revealed on a hedge, laughing as well. The hat lands on them. In the dark, the cockroaches become scared and begin punching, kicking, pushing, slamming the hat until they push it off. Joey runs off with the hat, and the other cockroaches follow. Olivia, who is happily fixing her bicycle is disturbed by the gang, each of them jump from her head and, in front of her, begin fighting for the hat. Joey and Dee Dee pull it hard while Marky seems to pull with his mouth, then suddenly, they tear the hat into three parts. They stare at the torn hat. Olivia shrugs and twirls her finger near her head. At the same time, the witch descends. The roach gang get so worried that each of them passes a hat piece at the playing trio. Their sight is blocked and the witch at the same time comes down and glares in extreme fury towards the innocent trio. She quickly retrieves the pieces and tries them on her head. But the pieces fall down. The witch glares and glares at them. Both cats and Bob smile in innocence, and the witch decides to curse the three. She casts a spell and a lot of light covers the cats and dog. The witch throws the useless hat at them and flies away. Oggy, Jack and Bob are revealed as babies, and in an instant they are crying hysterically. Olivia sees this and is astonished, meanwhile the cockroaches are, of course, relieved.

Olivia has to make them sit at a table and feed them. Bob hits Jack, which makes Jack start crying hysterically. Olivia runs towards Jack and scolds Bob for it. Oggy squishes a carton on Bob who also starts crying hysterically. Olivia scolds Oggy. Then Olivia takes out a soccer ball. They're then enthralled and play like wild in Olivia's garden. Oggy is kicked and lands in the pudding and Olivia's face is covered with pink pudding. Oggy chuckles at Olivia who is exhausted from taking care of the gang. Meanwhile, at Oggy's Home, The cockroaches are seen eating food from Oggy's Fridge but Olivia catches them and ties them up to drinking straws on glasses. Olivia shows the witch's hat, which is now stitched up but the cockroaches turn away their head while whistling. She points her finger at Joey and tells him to come with him to go to the witch's house via a plane and also asks Dee Dee and Marky to take care of the trio. The cockroaches deny, but Olivia takes out a red swatter only to press a button on the swatter, revealing sharp spikes. Then the cockroaches move their head up and down meaning yes. Then Olivia goes to her bedroom only to see Oggy, Jack and Bob fighting with each other with pillows and screams. Olivia then covers their bodies in a sleeping blanket and tells them a story, the trio lick their thumb and later fall asleep. Olivia turns off the lamp and is about to leave the room when Oggy asks for a kiss, then Bob, then Jack and finally all at the same time, resulting in Olivia screaming loudly at them. The trio covers their mouth with the blanket and Olivia finally turns off the lamp and goes to sleep before seeing '22:00' on the clock. Then suddenly, Olivia wakes up seeing the clock ringing and showing 7:00 am. Then she realizes it is already morning and breaks the clock with her hand in anger.

Olivia is at the dining room, tired, while drinking coffee and with the trio running around the dining table. They make a mess and drink their bowl of milk before running out of the room. Olivia notices the cockroaches laughing at her, she hands a water bucket with sponge to Dee Dee and Marky and puts Joey in her backpack. As Olivia comes out of the house, she notices the babies and calls them. The babies run past the bus stop sign while Olivia carries 3 heavy school bags. The trio runs to the playground area, only to realize it was a school while the teacher and all the kids present there stare at them. Olivia comes from behind and pushes the animals to the teacher at the kids. The teacher greets the three while they look at Olivia. Then Olivia thumbs up and kisses Oggy, Jack and Bob in their forehead and waves them goodbye, only for them to hold her and start to cry hysterically while the teacher and the children laugh at them. She grabs them by their tail and they pleaded not to leave them there. But Olivia had no effect by looking at their eyes and instead, quickly threw them away and picked a taxi to the airport. Then Jack goes up to 2 female students talking and tried to kiss one of them, but a boy came over and pulled Jack's pants down, then they all laugh at Jack. Oggy and Bob giggle, but a tall girl takes Oggy while a boy with glasses spray lemon into Bob's mouth and Bob started to cry hysterically, while Oggy is given a hairstyle by the girl and is tightly hugged by the girl. Meanwhile at the plane, Joey looks through the window and feel uncomfortable. Olivia puts an oxygen mask at Joey and he feels relaxed now.

At the class, the teacher wrote '5+5=' on the board and tells Jack to solve it. He comes in front of the board and is afraid to solve the question. Bob whispers and points at Oggy, he is trying to show 10 with his fingers, but Jack wrote '8' on the board, only for the teacher to wiggle her tongue and thumbs down to show that Jack wrote the wrong answer with all the kids laughing at him. Then Oggy and Bob realizes that they have 8 regular fingers in total and they look at each other while Bob shrugs. Meanwhile, in the bus, Joey is hit by a cow tail many times and later kissed by the cow. While a butcher shows a piece of meat with flies around it to Olivia, who doesn't take the piece of meat. In the school, Oggy, Jack and Bob is served a jelly like weird food. Bob repeatedly stabs the food with his spoon, but it defloats like a balloon and they look at each other. Olivia and Joey gets down from the bus and Olivia checks the map and goes on while Joey follows her. Then the view is taken to the witch's house high in the mountain, far away and covered in fog. Meanwhile at the school, Marky and Dee Dee, dressed up as a man, waved at the other children's parents and children come rushing to their parents, resulting in the 2 cockroaches getting crushed. Then Oggy, Jack and Bob come and Marky looks at them.

Now, in Oggy's Home, the trio make funny faces and laugh while looking at the bathroom mirror. Then Marky comes with 3 toothbrushes and a toothpaste and asks the babies to brush their teeth. But instead, Oggy sprays toothpaste at him and scrubs his toothbrush on him while Jack and Bob laughs at him. Marky then gets angry and screams at them. The trio brush their teeth and gurgle. Oggy spits on Bob and Bob and Jack spits on Oggy in return and laughs. Marky screams again before the trio sprays toothpaste at him and run out of the bathroom. Dee Dee watches the kids run out of the bathroom and enter the bedroom. He sees Marky half-covered in toothpaste and pats him on his shoulder. They turn off the light of the bedroom and were about to leave the room, but the children start to cry hysterically. Marky and Dee Dee have to sleep with them. Meanwhile, Olivia and Joey have reached the mountain top but were tired. Olivia soon noticed the house and Joey also looks at the house, but is scared and tried to run away, only for Olivia to bring him back. They both go to the house and ring the doorbell. And is opened by the witch while lightning strikes. Olivia and Joey both get afraid. Olivia hands over the stitched hat to the witch, who is happy and tells them to come inside the house. The witch gives them tea in 2 spooky shaped cups. They both hold the tea and Olivia hits Joey with her elbow, trying to tell Joey to tell the truth. Joey then tells the truth that he with Dee Dee and Marky teared the hat. Olivia asks the witch to turn Oggy, Bob and Jack back to normal. The witch grabs her broomstick and takes Olivia and Joey back.

Meanwhile, at Oggy's Home, the trio acts like tribal people and tie up Marky and Dee Dee to a tree trunk, the witch, Olivia and Joey come. The babies shoot a plunger arrow at the witch's nose and laugh at her. But Olivia removes the plunger arrow from the witch's nose and the witch uses the spell on Oggy, Bob and Jack, and they grow up. Joey goes to hug Dee Dee and Marky. Olivia whispers something in the witch's ears and the witch laughs. The witch uses the spell on the cockroaches and turns them into larvae. When the Cockroaches look at themselves and each other, they immediately start to cry hysterically. The witch then leaves and Olivia waves goodbye to her. Oggy, Jack and Bob begin to laugh at the cockroaches. Olivia hands them the cockroaches and asks to take care of the cockroaches. Then Oggy, Jack and Bob go to the school again with a school bag. Oggy takes out the cockroaches from the bag and throws them to the ground. They stand up and are afraid as the children look at them, and then Oggy, Bob and Jack laugh hysterically.
