Plot[]

Oggy and Jack are at the harbor, having joined the Navy. The Admiral gives a salute, while many sailors are returning a salute back. Unbeknownst to Oggy and Jack, the cockroaches had shown up, and Oggy yelled upon noticing them immediately, but Jack literally silenced him, and made him pay attention. Admiral then blows his whistle, ordering the crew members to enter their submarine. Oggy and Jack, who come in last, stall for a bit, mainly because the former tried to warn Jack that the cockroaches were on board. Admiral simply shoves the two inside, jumps into the hull, and locks the hatch, thus being prepared to depart for their mission.

As the two felines make their way through the pipe-ridden hallways of the submarine to find their quarters, Oggy unsuccessfully continues to warn his cousin of the trouble the stowaway cockroaches will cause, but he accidentally trips over a pipe, and falls headfirst on another. This causes Jack to warn Oggy about the pipes throughout the submarine. After some time, the two stumble upon the submarine's navigation room, and gasp loudly in astonishment, witnessing the work done by the other crewmates. The others shush Oggy and Jack, and they continue working, while the duo leave. Unknowingly, the navigators and surveyors start slacking off by playing video games. Meanwhile, Oggy and Jack accidentally enter a lavatory, and the man inside annoyed, shuts the door on their faces. At last, the two found their private quarters, and got inside. At the same time, the cockroaches escape from the suitcase Oggy and Jack were carrying, and lock the two cats inside their room, and barred up the door with a chair. Panicked upon realizing that they're trapped, Jack became freaked out, and tried to break the door open. This frightened Jack even further, causing him to open the porthole of the room. This obviously caused Oggy to drink up a lot of water, and the room got flooded. Oggy plugged up the leak, and angrily reprimanded his cousin.

In the meantime, the cockroaches decided to remove all of the human occupants of the submarine, so Joey lit a love letter aflame with a lighter and held it close to the smoke detector. This triggered the fire alarm, and all of the crew members, led by the Admiral, evacuated via the escape pods that acted like torpedoes. As for Oggy and Jack, they were still trapped. Jack was becoming extremely paranoid, while Oggy tried to pacify him. However, Oggy soon realized that the door to their quarters was a sliding door, so he opened it, only for Jack to jump onto him and escape. They began to look for the cockroaches to stop them, and finally found Dee Dee and Marky. At the same time, Joey had reached the submarine's bridge, so he began to fondle with the controls, which caused the entire watercraft to move around erratically, resulting in Oggy and Jack getting tossed about and hurting themselves, as they gave chase to find Dee Dee and Marky.

The duo resort to splitting up to find the cockroaches; Jack finds Dee Dee and Marky messing around in the ammo storage, where Marky was playing the torpedoes like a xylophone, as Dee Dee recklessly pressed various buttons on the control panel, as if they were piano keys. This caused a torpedo to fall from its stand, and hit Jack. The two cockroaches vamoosed, but Oggy found a fire extinguisher, and began to spray it all over the place to try to catch Dee Dee and Marky, but he bumps headfirst on another. Oggy then tries to find the cockroaches himself, but when he walks up a staircase to access the upper level of the submarine, he felt needles poking his feet. Since the staircase was made from perforated sheets of metal, Marky and Dee Dee were able to stick their antennae through the holes, and poke Oggy, till he fell off the staircase, and landed face first onto a ventilation grate. He finally reached the bridge, finding the cockroaches standing on the steering wheel. Since Oggy had run out of fire extinguisher foam, he used an axe to try and chop the cockroaches, but accidentally chopped the steering wheel into pieces. The cockroaches then planted the submarine's periscope onto Oggy's face. He tried to run, but upon looking through the periscope, Oggy panicked, realizing they were about to collide with an island, and that there was no way to steer the sub out of the way.

Oggy tried to pull an emergency lever, thinking it was a brake, but in reality, it was the fire alarm, so he bawled loudly, because of his misfortune. Jack arrived right on time, and the two headed for the exit, which contained only one unused escape pod. Oggy grabbed some packaged food for the road, and Jack launched the escape pod out of the sub, just before it collided with the island, blowing it up and sinking it. Meanwhile, Oggy and Jack are on the surface, in their escape pod turned boat, and Oggy decides to eat the chicken inside the food box, but the cockroaches, who had followed them on the way out, had eaten everything. They stick the bones into the faces of the two felines, who endlessly give chase.
